Pros

SLT is really invested in their people and the culture, maintaining transparency and an open door policy. Lots of smart and great folks on the team who are invested in their work.

Cons

Cash-strapped, main focus is currently on sales due to poor financial performance in the last few years/quarters from previous sales management changes, new SLT and messy Salesforce data. Things are looking up on that front, just playing catch-up now with the new sales team and direction. So right now it feels like bare bones survival mode. Don't expect anything above market for compensation. That being said, the payoff is in working with a great team, culture, and SLT. The product is also incredibly niche and complex, long sales cycle and steep learning curve for users.

Thanks for your candid feedback on Glassdoor. We're glad you appreciated our SLT’s investment in people and our open-door policies. Yes, our journey from the seed stage to our current growth stage has been a roller coaster—think “Bare Bones: The Office Edition.” Navigating turbulent market waters while maintaining fiscal responsibility through the evolution of our company hasn’t been easy. As you know from your experience within the People Team, balancing business constraints with personal expectations can be quite a challenge; we hope the camaraderie and culture added some levity along the way. We appreciate the reminder to continue to keep our fingers on the employee pulse, even if it sometimes feels like triage. Best of luck in your future endeavors, Take good care, Sandra Allison VP, People & Culture
