They used to allow those with no experience to work here. I am unsure if the requirements are the same. That would be the only pro.
Cons
Many, many, many. Management has high expectations and will frankly belittle and berate you. Depending on which project you are assigned to, the customers are ruthless. Hint: America's Bank has the worst set of entitled clients, I have ever had the pleasure of working it. Benefits are overly expensive.
