They just don’t care AT ALL - bad communication - discrimination policy - lack of appreciation PLEASE, DONT GO THERE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT

First of all the company is located in Greece, not Germany. One pro I can tell you: You can quit any time and find a real company which cares and respects their workers.

Most of the upper management doesn't know what their actual job is. They don't have skills and the knowledge that is required in order to make a department work in harmony. One thing they know, is pretending. Also being friends with the CEO helps. Talk about merit.
