Do NOT work at this company (waste of time) - Digital Lead Agent Digital Lead Performance Employee Review

NO work life balance. 10+ hour shifts and work weekend days. Claims to be a company that has opportunities for growth but definitely still needs to work out A LOT of kinks. Unless you were there for the start of it, you will be busting your butt for years before making a decent wage. Pay structure is also very odd. Overall just a waste of time and a very unpleasant experience. Also, very inexperienced HR department with no a few holding positions they really should not.
