      Pros

      Historically strong creative culture. Changed ownership. Had a short term CEO. Now one of founders is back in CEO role. Company is incredibly strong again. Award winning work. Strong leadership. Strong project flow of high profile work.

      Cons

      Staff seems too small for size of projects and growth opportunities. The more ambitious you are and more vocal you are creatively the faster you move up. Hard for those that are quit and keep to themselves.

      Pros

      It had a fun and highly creative environment as any agency should. Very talented people.

      Cons

      Many of our last days were in 2016...GD wouldn't let me go that far back. Company was acquired, things changed like they always do when a big shakeup happens. Many super talented above and below the line staff were cut. Moral of the story...don't ever get too comfortable with any salaried position.
