Pros
I joined on the graduate program from university and felt the environment catered to learning from scratch fantastically. There was a strong team to rely on to help growth, with ample opportunities to take on more responsibilities and grow in the roll.
Lots of fun incentives, a good commission structure for delivery, and the directors in Toni and Faz seem to genuinely care for their staff and the direction they want to go in life. It really had a family feel and I could have seen myself spending my career there if I hadn’t decided to set up my own business in a separate field.
Listened to feedback from delivery team and restructured commission to fairly reflect output/work, and support some of the less vocal members of the team. Very impressive when it’s easy to take the 360 consultants corner - it showed that everyone is valued and treated fairly.
The entire team, Toni in particular, were great in encouraging me to pursue my dreams and I would not hesitate to return to DG. A fantastic year and a half indeed.
