High turnover of staff - Account Manager Digital Forensics Employee Review

DFC is great stable company, good salary always on time including free lunch, nice and fun place to learn a lot regarding the business

Nothing that I can say to be honest.

Free lunch (not every day), paid transportation (when there is money), two days off every 2 weeks.

This company has been in the market for a few years but they have a very sketchy business, they hire people and a few months later they fire them without any explanation whatsoever. You are offered free lunch however there is no lunch or break room where you can sit and enjoy your lunch, therefore you have to take it at your desk. They give one only one hour of break/lunch, so this means that you don´t have spare time to go have lunch somewhere else, and if you exceed that hour, you will have to make up that time, so at the end of the week you receive an unexpected email with the time you have to make up which sometimes can be 30, 45 min even an hour, which totally doesn´t make any sense since you are already in the office. In a nutshell, This is the closest thing to a labor camp. Even if you hit the bonus, they will find anything they want to make you loose that bonus. There are so many things wrong with this company. Please watch out!
