Pros

The benefits and if you were so lucky to be trained for chat or email.

Cons

Management, scheduling, poor and unclear communication on how to be trained for other departments or skills. Always an attack on your quality of work. Too many meetings per month for a remote job. A coaching, a side by side, and 1-2 team meetings per month. All an hour. Too strict on adherence guidelines. Supervisors had too much access to agent queues. There was a sense of “put up and shut up”.

Senior leadership offers good communication about the changes. Good benefits. Positive atmosphere. Great outlook long-term.

Pros

The benefits were pretty good but who knows now b/c they are merging w/ another credit union. The people who worked there were nice.

Cons

The pay is low and the opportunity to move up is limited. Its a call center Job and those jobs regardless of the company are not the best unless you really enjoy that kind of work. Its an okay place to work but if you can do better in terms of pay and type of job I would look elsewhere.
