Great environment and fun to work at.

Management decisions not transparent enough.

Very fun atmosphere. Cool facilities with cafeterias and game rooms. Pay is good. It gives you nice curriculum. It's a company large enought to learn a lot, and small enought to feel your work actually adds a lot into the final product.

If you are into producing high quality games, this might not be the place for you. They rather publish a mediocre game full of bugs, than waiting a week or two to publish a quality product. They have periods where employee dismisal is almost automatic in order to reduce workforce and meet budgets.
