We lead all ministries and agencies in Kasumigaseki (Tokyo, Japan) to make successful transformations by controlling all IT budgets and managing DX programs.
Cons
We are new born agency where "proper" officers are 20 or less (lt. 1%), all other officers came from other ministries. That means, we have to set up our own rules, processes and culture soon as possible.
