      Pros

      The atmosphere day to day was relaxed for the most part. The team is international and very diverse and interesting. Most of my coworkers were really wonderful people.

      Cons

      Too many to list out. Very low level of professionalism from upper management. Chaotic and constantly shifting expectations. Lack of leadership, clear goals, clear expectations, and mentorship from leadership. I often felt like it was the blind leading the blind at this company. The German team felt very removed and not that helpful to the US team. I would steer well clear!
