My experience with Digilize Solution was far from positive. The company demands employees to work on Saturdays, and there is absolutely no work-life balance. The expectation to work late nights beyond office hours is common, yet there is no additional pay or compensation for the extra workload. The management’s behavior is unprofessional and unsupportive. Constructive feedback and employee well-being are not priorities. Despite delivering good work, there is no appreciation or recognition, which makes the work environment demotivating. The company also denies basic flexibility such as work from home options or even reasonable leave requests. Policies are frequently changed without notice and only when it benefits the management, making the workplace unpredictable and stressful. Another major concern is compensation. The company deducts nearly 50% of the salary from the CTC, and the final amount received is nowhere near what was promised during hiring. Overall, Digilize Solution does not value its employees, time, or effort. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair, healthy, and supportive work environment.

No pros of digilize solutions

There is no proper work methodology or structured process in the company. Employees are often expected to work beyond official working hours without prior discussion or compensation. If you raise concerns about not working after hours, management makes excuses and later accuses you of not working properly or not delivering on time. Salary deductions and New policies are introduced at any time without proper communication, which directly impacts employees in a negative way. There is a lack of transparency, planning, and respect for work-life balance.
