Pros

My first few months at the company have been a largely positive experience. The onboarding process was smooth, and it’s clear the leadership team has put significant effort into building a strong organizational structure. There’s a refreshing level of transparency around the company’s goals and direction, which has helped me feel aligned and confident in my role from the start. One of the standout perks is the remote-first nature of the work. It allows for excellent work-life balance, without sacrificing opportunities for in-person collaboration—the company organizes touchpoints throughout the year that add real value.

Cons

The team moves fast to address gaps and refine internal processes, which shows commitment to long-term stability. However, as processes evolve, it can occasionally feel a bit disorganized. That said, this seems more like growing pains than systemic issues.

Pros

- unlimited pto - nice people - nice benefits -Ability to actually have ownership and manager projects how you see fit

Cons

- pay could be better, no bonuses this year due to not meeting business requirements which was pretty disappointing. (but also prevented layoffs) - If your team is small it can get overwhelming - I notice people work after hours, weekends, and on PTO which doesn't set a good example for the rest of the workers with professional boundaries so it's made me feel like I also have to reply when I'm not working.
