Pros
No positives, beneficial career progression at all. You will be over-worked, under valued,under-paid, not supported or understood, bullied and scape-goated for the benefit of keeping the customer signed contracts and their customers will scape-goat IT staff for their mess ups to cover themselves, don't expect any back-up or support from Digicorp management, they will side with the customer's wrong doing every time.
Cons
Funny how the current head of ops has given a review under 'Con's' stating 'non that I can think of. There are lots of con's in the company. One being the habit of the head of ops to throw staff under the bus and mislead events to own agenda. Daily alarming bad behaviour from the IT team, managers, customer service reps in the IT department. Bullying foul sexist language is common from the some of men in the office. No HR department to help you. Employee well-being is out the window. Digicorp UK has been in operation for around 20 years and still no real growth. Toxic working environment. Some salesman are conning customers with the 'ok' of the company owners and other upper managers. An MSP still with a 100MB internet line in the office, laughable. Office desks upstairs still stand empty of new employee's. Low salary compared to industry standards. Business outlook, very bleak, losing customers because they find out what the companies really like once IT service contracts are put into action. Company run by 'old boys club', not in the modern world at all. They cover themselves using under-handed tactics to keep their jobs. Shocking and disgraceful company to work for.
