Thriving Workplace with Growth Opportunities and Supportive Team - Analyst Digicomm International Employee Review

I am a seasoned Telecommunications Professional and came to Digicomm for the challenge and the opportunity. I enjoy working at Digicomm because I am encouraged and enabled to solve customer requests using engineering, logistics, and product management skills. We are at a point in our industry where the digital divide is providing service provider opportunities. I came to Digicomm to pursue and address those opportunities. I have found the Senior Leadership Team to be accessible and actively involved (which is good!) in daily operations.

Like any company that is experiencing growth, Digicomm can improve processes and workflow. I am witnessing some process issues being addressed. We are also bringing in additional team members which I believe will assist some of the process flows. All in all, a great experience and a great atmosphere.
