I complete 10 years at DigiVation Digital Solutions Private Limited this year and the duration of my tenure is testimony to the wonderful, dynamic, and nurturing culture of the organisation. The organisation has stayed committed to its founding vision of wholeheartedly working for the growth of SMEs in India and expanded its footprint to South East Asia and the world. Work culture is collaborative, creative and transparent. So much talent has been nurtured in the organisation, myself included. In my 10 years I have witnessed absolutely no politics or negativity. The founders are leaders in their field and wonderful human beings. In the past 10 years, in times of happiness we have all celebrated together and in times of need rallied around even more for one another. When I completed 5 years in the organisation I was gifted a holiday to Dubai for two! Recently when I got Covid I was so touched by how our founders encouraged and guided me. Also, ours is one of the few organisations where there have been no salary cuts during the pandemic. This compassion and team first spirit motivates us to give our best...always.

Our office instated work from home policy even before the lockdown was announced. During the pandemic, I have missed going to office and interacting with my colleagues.
