Culture, people, perks and get togethers, well managed, positive. I always felt motivated to do a good job for the company.

Codebase/tech stack is old, has very large scale tech debt and is hard to work on. Mitigations are in progress though and company does understand.

An amazing team delivering some cool SaaS products for great clients. Lots of ambition and rapid growth, backed by a supportive and collaborative environment.

There aren't any cons, other than it is a fast paced company, which isn't suitable for everyone.
