Wouldn't recommend - Custoner Service Representative DigiOutsource Employee Review

Working here is great because everyone is friendly, and there's a mix of people from different countries. They often give employees the chance to move up in the company instead of hiring from outside, which is nice because it shows they value their own people and want them to succeed.

I have no cons at the moment.

Medical aid, Free food and gym

Alot of Layoff, bad Management. Low increases for job changes.
