Back when I worked there (things may have changed since then), there weren’t many licensed veterinary technicians, so they would have veterinary assistants run anesthesia for patients.
The management was not attentive or responsive, and was always on vacation.
Their training process was very much independent learning.
Doctor retention is the worst I have seen at any clinic.
