Not a good place to work - Anonymous Diamond Offshore Employee Review

Alot of secrecy and back stabbing; definitely favouritism. They tend to hire a lot of their relatives that usually are not qualifed for certain postions rather than hiring someone that is more qualified. There is definitely male chauvinism, I've worked for Diamond over 5 years and have only seen 1 female executive and the rest are men. It's extremely hard for a female to move up to an executive postion there or in any type of management.
