Fantastic team to be part of! Dialyze Direct has grown tremendously over the years. We provide excellent patient care and hire excellent employees to join our company. We take pride in all our staff to make sure we are there for them at all times. We have opened several facilities and have launched in multiple states which gives us the opportunity to spread our company name out even more. It's a pleasure to work with a great team and have great managers as well!

Hopefully one day offer less expensive benefits for our staff.

Home dialysis setup in a snf

5 days a week, only one tech and nurse for 4 to 6 patients at all times, Days run 9 to 10 hours As a technician you are in charge of all machine maintenance, supply ordering, and cleanliness of your dialysis room (even though the facility has maintenance) It just seems like people are stuck in their ways and not a lot of work is being done if you're a favorite Snf staff constantly derails the dialysis day and you get no help from management
