Business outlook
Pros
* Option to work fully remote once you're placed on a project * Opportunities to choose the direction you want to head in including .NET and Microsoft Dynamics * Very nice project managers, minimal oversight and no micromanaging in my experience * Overall very happy here!
Cons
* They generally do not give you a laptop, which I think is unacceptable. No way should we be using our own as 1. not everyone will have a sufficiently good computer and 2. it is a security risk! * Little to no support for grads from senior devs unless asked i.e. there is no formal mentoring program or 'pairing' as they suggested in an interview * Zero culture and limited communications from management but I didn't mind this too much
