Pros
They hire inexperience by the droves because compensation is below everyone else in the market. Great if you need to gain experience so you can apply at a hospital or doctor setting or a different laboratory. Supervisors are usually not that bright and you are able to take advantage of the situation. Most Co-workers are great to work with and feels like a friendship, some supervisors are great and will tell you to leave if you show promise.
Cons
They hire inexperience workers so in return they give poor service are involved in countless lawsuits. compensation is poor they promote you if you are willing to have lunch with them and brown nose and bend down for them. If you are skillful or a great employee it will not matter if you do not play the politics. Don't take my word for it go try it. Just beware this is like Game of thrones no joke! There is a lot of lack of professionalism across all levels of management and workers. High gossip and even if you think you are safe talking to HR you will soon find out its not the case. Upper managements hires family, extended family and friends that don't work hard yet get compensated the best. Medical benefits are poor and there is a high turn around of employees. They hire a new upper management position like very seasonal change and they take for ever to replace an employee.
