      It was flexible and fellow students were always really nice to me. Very flexible since it was an on-campus job.

      Cons

      Dealing with the first weeks of semester is a bit rough, but it makes the day go by.

      Wonderful supervisor(s). Culture of the ASC is very friendly and open. I learned a lot about how to tailor my communication to each learner.

      Cons

      Honestly none. An ideal part time job for students who like talking, teaching and advocating.

      Pros

      - Hours are really flexible as it is a student job - Can do homework when the ASC is not busy - The managers are really nice and supportive - Can be fulfilling if you like helping others

      Cons

      - You will often be working alone for most shifts - Drop-in tutoring means demand can vary wildly from no one to several students all wanting your help
