Pros

The quality of services provided has been developed over a decade and still produces results despite the lack of leadership and poor treatment of staff.

Cons

Since being sold in 2015 the culture has done a 180. No more lunches, no more benefits. Hostility toward any criticism. It's a sinking ship.

Pros

- One of the great things about the DiJiFi is the amount of opportunities you can earn. If you perform well you will get a chance at a new position/title. The company is aware that if the employees grow, the company grows. Having a stagnant staff limits what everyone can accomplish. Due to that I’ve seen the majority of my co-workers get offered a new or expanded role. This is something that not all companies readily offer. - I’ve learned so many new skills since I started working here. The obvious ones are operating scanners but I also have become comfortable with Photoshop, Quickbooks, Google Sheets, printing and have gained in depth background on different types of analog media. These skills can not be unlearned and will always stay with me. - The salary has consistently gotten higher and DiJiFi has been able to increase rates as promotions are made. In addition management listens to employees concerns and needs. - There is a diverse type of photography that comes in that will always leave you looking at something new. Sometimes we get abstract art which is a delight to look at. Other times we get photos and negatives that are over 70 years old. These historical images are not only educational but also fun .

Cons

- The job is not for everyone since there is a lot of repetitive work. However management listens to the employees and has found ways to break up the monotony. For example, photo department employees used to scan or edit all day. Now the day is broken down into 3 shifts where every 2 to 3 hours you rotate to a different task.
