They will treat you good if you profitable to them if you not then they fire you ,
you work 364 days in year full hard work and one single day you did any mistake they will fire you if you want to laeve company because of any politics, less payment(always company in loss they said while asking for hike),recism,etc you will get threat of 2yr Bond and Court case and they will distroy your whole life and carrier don't join
25 yr old company but still don't have guts to stay employees without any bond what kind of work is going only chatugiri people getting hike and hardworking are pressurise to work under bond and Holding there Documents like reliving and experience letter and spreading bad about that employees is it company or any old marathi serials going on i don't know
