There's only one reason to work here which is if you are comfortable in scamming people. For those who are freshers you will learn but most importantly you will lose a lot while learning.
Cons
The company pressured us to secure as many bookings as possible despite lacking a proper website. They withheld office facilities and promised a stipend of ₹18,000 during hiring, but after nearly two months and spending over ₹15,000 on travel and food, I received only ₹1,500. They target vulnerable students from rural areas and B and C-grade colleges, promising courses for an initial ₹1,000 booking fee. However, even after paying the full ₹6,000-₹7,000, many students reported not receiving refunds or the promised knowledge. This predatory behavior exploits those with limited awareness.
