Good management and benefits, but high turnover and low pay - Data Analyst Dexian Employee Review

Great company to work for. Opened many doors.

No bad reviews, they are a great company.

Reached out to me for a real position.

Lied about what to position was. Temporary role. They also claimed that the program had a 100% conversion rate to full time employees. They fired every one of us (over 15) a few days before we were allowed to take the series 7. They told us they needed to clean the office, so take everything with you. Then on my way home they called and told me I was not allowed back on property. Dexian managers did not respond to me after firing me.
