Pros
Benefits are decent; stock used to be a good (before the 40% decline); they seem to want to support remote work.
Cons
Direction often changes with the whims of executives; There is no consistency in approach; Software development is a NIGHTMARE - they should focus on what they're good at (hardware) and leave software to other companies more capable of delivering enterprise software A LOT of racism/sexism - if you are a minority or a woman don't expect to climb the ladder Dexcom has devolved into a "Good Ol' Boys" network - it's sad to see.
