      Active leadership, proud history, strong values, many govt and municipal clients, strong revenue growth, bright future, solid benefits, good people.

      Cons

      Management is perhaps a bit slow to embrace the future in terms of things like telecommuting policies, etc.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
