Pros
Dewberry wins many high profile projects and has some fantastic people. Upper management does seem to care about employees and are passionate about the work.
Cons
Its culture is stuck in an older mindset in that decisions are made that appear to do the bare minimum to keep employees at the company. 401k matching is 2%, the health plan isn't great and extremely expensive, no cell reimbursement, no bonuses unless you are a corporate officer, and the IT equipment provided to employees (at least in our region) was terribly inefficient.
