      1. Few really good programmers(which are probably stuck at this company for whatever reasons)

      Cons

      1. No leadership. 2. Demotivating work environment(Forget learning, shady projects, worst clients/projects) 3. You won't get recognition for your good work/dedication. 4. No learning opportunities whatsoever. Zero activities that promotes knowledge transfer! 5. Employees and clients are not valued. 6. Pay is below industry standards. Interns are exploited the most. 7. No vision whatsoever.

      Excellent technical exposure with real-world problem solving Learning opportunities are unmatched, especially for engineers Very experienced and supportive mentors Honest and transparent managment culture No fake promises, - commitments made are consistenly delivered Great place for long-term technical growth as full-time SDE

      New management is still finding its footing Occasional process gaps or decision making misstakes Some things can feel little unstructured at times as systems are being streamlined
