Pros
The prime directive is very convincing and you do meet wonderful people who work there and believe in it.
Cons
Management is blind to how terribly they treat those below them. They have somehow managed to alienate and seclude an already remote team. First drafts either have to be perfect or you do not know how to do your job. Collaboration and teamwork are seen as weakness and only individual achievement matters. Every hour of your day needs to be tracked and recorded except for the teams that are best friends with management. You are expected to create "magic" with absolutely zero information. Even the slightest of mistakes like an extra space, or a missing line is seen as incompetence. They will post your job on Linkedin a week before firing you, and lie when you ask if that's happening to you.
