Pros
I love the fact that each member is treated like family and the support our Member Guides provide. My customers continually provide great feedback on how helpful and patient the Member Guides are.
Cons
Finding out that your car allowance and expense reimbursement is subject to federal taxes. You find that you really don't get the amount you were told because it is taxed and on the expense reimbursement you're double taxed because you used your after tax dollars for the expense and then you pay taxes again on the reimbursement.
