Flexible, excellent pay, treat employees great, ability to work from home, great benefits with plenty of paid time off, paid holidays, no overtime required
Cons
Constantly changing work flows, documentation system can be cumbersome, all communication is done through Slack which is not always effective and too many channels/tag lines make it difficult to learn.
