Cons
Thought things would be different here they "thoroughly vet" candidates. The "treat everyone like family" motto is played out we all know that a company only wants you to think that until it's time for them to prove to you how much they consider you "Family". Expectations are unrealistic and are ever changing. Micromanaging is stressful and at an all time high. You literally can't blink without accounting for that time. Leadership is blind to the fact that company is expanding into other markets but the members you have now are distancing themselves. We call an excessive amount of times. Workflows are not consistent. Everyone is doing something different. Very little accountability for those who are not meeting expectations or dropping the ball consistently. This position has become mundane and people are performing perfunctory. There are people in management that don't have any experience in the dept they oversee but have "brilliant" ideas on how to improve productivity and meet goals. It's turning into the blind leading the blind. The anonymous constant monthly surveys are a joke as well. They dont do anything useful with the feedback and most don't even share any anymore. We get tired of complaining and giving examples of the barriers we face on a day to day.
