Pros

Great work from home opportunity Independence Support from team & supervisors Pay

Cons

Massive lay offs Say they value you but they really don’t Will say they care about their employees but at the end of the day they’re just like all the other company’s, you are discardable. They say they want you to care for the member & do anything to help them, yet all they care about is how many calls you take & your stats. During busy season calls will be back to back to back with not even a second in between. They give advancement opportunities to the ones who deserve it least, management tends to favorite those who are ‘ass-kissers’

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us as a Member Service Representative. We’re happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the ability to work remotely with us, but we’re sorry to hear the majority of your experience has not been positive and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. The reduction in force earlier this year was hard on all of us. Devoted offered generous severance packages to those who were affected. If you would like to continue the conversation please reach out to Mmulcahy@devoted.com or Tmayes@devoted.com

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
