- Low Salary - During my three-year tenure at Devoteam, I reported to four different managers. During salary reviews, there seems to be a lack of understanding regarding our client-side activities. - Despite receiving excellent evaluations from clients, there always appears to be a reason to avoid increasing my salary. - It seems necessary to complete numerous certifications outside of working hours to achieve a salary increase.
