- No regular Friday night drinks, everything fun is a fight for budget controlled by the CFO who must be begged for budget. - From a person to a number: the organizational character has changed from 200 to 500 employees in the last 5 years. This has added management layers and distance to the consultants at clients. You barely see Devoteamers if you have a lone assignment, and I have enough colleagues who never come to the Devoteam office and are always client-side. You can also see this in how every year the quality of the company's events gets worse, the food gets worse, the outings are all about "fighting for the budget" ...even though the revenue is increasing - French EMEA management means goals are already set in stone - little influence in company direction - Basically no pension or secondary benefits - No NS travel card
