      Some people were good to work with

      Cons

      Good ol' boy club. Lots of backroom dealing without telling the employees responsible what is going on. Awful management. Lies, backstabbing, hidden agendas, you name it. Avoid this place at all costs. They say they are a family institution, but family went out the door a long time ago. Can't add much more to this to add to the negativity here.

      Great vacation time and provided schedules

      Cons

      Minimal opportunities of growth who is not apart of executive management. Long term employees are very cliqush and can be discriminatory. Don't provide guidance if support, but seek ways to get others out who are not apart of their clique or race. Not a good place to work!!!
