      Great experience with team and other technical folks. Generally a good culture.

      Cons

      Laid off 15% of staff without warning after weeks of denying this would happen. No notice - just ghosted. Severance emailed. No information or details.

      Some teammates try to stay positive, offering small relief during uncertain times.
