Ramped up to a full agile process with designers and testers. Agile stories were very detailed and I could just pick up the ticket and run with it.

Cons

The project started out very ad-hoc without much structure. Took a few months to get organized and efficient.

DevNow respects worklife balance more than any other company I've been with. Pays employees well and excellent benefits.

Cons

Instability with client work. Never know when the next client job will come and creates a bit of unstable work environment.
