      DDI has an exceptional culture of truly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, friendly colleagues. I truly have not met anyone here who is unwilling to answer a question or help solve a problem. The colleagues are a major highlight of working here.

      Cons

      Remote work is great overall. And it would be good to have more opportunities to meet in person with colleagues.

      None. This is a TERRIBLE company.

      Cons

      Their name has the word "Development" in it but they do not believe in developing their own employees. If you don't hit the ground running, you are immediately terminated.
