Regretted every minute of my job at Devathon - Anonymous employee Devathon Employee Review

There's no vision to the company. Founders favourite pass time is hiring and firing employees. Every month Tarun (Founder) makes sure that he fires at least 1-2 of his employees and he does it during the weekend over an email with his standard template "consider today as your last working day at the Devathon" as the founder does not have guts to face his own employees to at least give the feedback on their performance. Notice period is 3 months even for a fresher. If an employee resigns and is willing to serve 3 months notice, the Founder will sack you in the middle of your notice period just to satisfy his ego leaving you without the job/salary for the rest of the notice period time. Not even a single employee in the company has an experience of over 1 year in this firm. This shows that no one has dared to continue more than a year. Please do not consider joining this firm or even attend an interview with Devathon.
