      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, remote option, great management. I feel like I am being heard when coming to the Sr management team with issues. They are very transparent and the review the business Profit/Loss with the employees every month. The work is dynamic and filled with professional growth. We are on the cutting edge of technology, and I get to solve big problems. Lots of room for upward career growth. I have a good work/life balance here.

      Cons

      The nature of contracts is that projects are constantly changing, and this can be uncomfortable sometimes.

      I really enjoy working for this organization. The team culture makes me feel so support and able to do my best work.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'm assigned to multiple projects, which is OK for me, but might not be suitable for everyone.

      - Flexible work schedule - ability to wear many hats to grow career - growing quickly, and engaged with the community - located near union station, and the ball park - working with innovative clients that are moving the needle on the tech industry - work from home Fridays - great work life balance (no 80 hour weeks here) - Free snacks and drinks - bi-weekly paid lunch while doing a geek out session to keep learning - happy hours - monthly & quarterly company events - tons of team collaboration, and trust here!
