Pros
Good, friendly people. Pay is competitive. The company is doing a lot of things. Once you're there it is quite easy to lateral move and find your next opportunity. Work life balance is good and the Cologne / Bonn region is really nice.
Cons
1. It is a huge company. Which means, it is quite slow, and you often end up spending a lot of time finding the right contact person in the organization. It's also a very politics prone environment, so you'd better be good at that if you want to be successful at DT. Unfortunately, because of the very low turn over in personal, the opportunities to get promoted are very rare. 2. Well, no big news here, but this is a German company, so you'd better be accustomed to the German business culture to strive in the organization. Really good command of German is mandatory if you're based in Germany. Also that means that you live in a very risk-averse organization. Don't expect too much innovation to come from it.
