Unmotivated and unskilled colleagues - Software Engineer Deutsche Bank Employee Review

Outdated tech stack. Many work outsourced to India, Colleagues there are subpar. Many late nights (12mn+) to help debug issues to meet delivery timeline. Feels like I'm working two jobs and they're just a hindrance. Also constant fear of layoffs.
