Pros
DB is a great place to work if you are looking for work/life balance, 4 week vacation package, great 401K match (except that it's not paid until 1Q of following year).
Cons
Compensation is weak and below market. DB has also instituted a policy to only provide salary increases with promotions, which means NO adjustments whatsoever. Managers are not incentives to provide growth opportunities. Very difficult to move up the food chain.
