      Upper management is accessible and work-life balance is prioritized. DB also pays well and makes itself a destination employer. Their NYC HQ offices are also a very impressive work environment.

      Cons

      These aren't cons per se but things to take into consideration when thinking about joining DB. The excellent compensation comes with the expectations of quality performance and dedication.
