If you want to work for peanuts and dont care about mental health enjoy getting abused then this is the place for you. It is only good for college passouts who want to gain any sort of experience. Not a good place for experienced professionals.
Cons
The BIM team is managed very unprofessionally. Creating a very toxic atmosphere. Late nights and weekend work happens most of the time. Rail Baltica team management is very poorly managed.
